How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, I recommend booking 6-12 months in advance. For other services, 2-4 weeks notice is usually sufficient, though I can accommodate rush bookings when available.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30+ days before the shoot receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to a 50% fee. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days.
How long until I receive my photos?
Standard delivery is 2-3 weeks for most services. Wedding photos typically take 4-6 weeks. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
Do you provide raw/unedited photos?
I provide professionally edited images only. Raw files are available for an additional fee and only after the edited images are delivered.
Can I request specific shots or poses?
Absolutely! I encourage clients to share their vision and any specific shots they want. I also provide creative direction to ensure we capture everything beautifully.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes! I travel throughout Serbia and internationally. Travel fees apply for locations outside Belgrade and vary based on distance and duration.
